The Blueprint maps performance as a structure: broad Foundation Areas at the base, breaking down into more specific skills as you go up, all supporting the goals on the podium at the top. It shows what matters, how developed each area is, and where focused work moves you most.
Most work belongs at the Foundation Area, Skill, and Sub-skill levels. Breaking things into Elements can occasionally help — but going that granular often means focusing on small details at the expense of the big picture. If you find yourself deep in Elements, it's usually a sign to step back and look at the whole structure again.
Each skill has a Mastery Level from 0–100% — how developed or consistently executed it is right now. You set this on the trainable skills at the tips of the tree. Parent nodes calculate their Mastery Level automatically by rolling up from what's beneath them, weighted by importance. Colors reflect Mastery Level relative to neighbors: red = needs work, orange = developing, green = strong, grey = not yet assessed.
Skill colors are RELATIVE, not absolute. Each skill's color compares it to its siblings in the same group:
Because the comparison is within a group, a skill can be green at 62% if its neighbors are lower, or red at 80% if its neighbors are higher. The color shows how a skill stands against its neighbors — not an absolute score. For the absolute number, read the Mastery Level %.
The bar at the top of the blueprint shows your overall Mastery Level across the whole tree. Unlike the skill colors, the bar's color is ABSOLUTE: red below about 34%, orange in the middle, and green above about 67%. It reflects a fixed scale, so it's a direct read on where your overall level sits.
The width of each node is its importance — how much it matters relative to its siblings. Wider = more important. Importance controls how much a node influences the overall score and where it ranks in High-Impact. Two skills can share a Mastery Level but differ in importance, and the wider one moves your overall more.
Every node has a text box for reflections, specifics, and definitions — what this skill means for you, what "good" looks like, your SMART goals, session notes and observations. This is where the blueprint becomes personal. A node with notes shows a small gold dot.
🥇 Outcome Goal — what you're aiming to achieve.
🥈 Mental Game — the key mindset or mental technique you're working on.
🥉 Process Goal — the specific habit or focus you're building right now.

The High-Impact view ranks where focused work moves your overall score the most. Each area shows two numbers:
The list is ranked by overall leverage (a blend balancing importance against how much room is left), so the top items are the best places to focus. You can re-sort by Room or Sensitivity — note that sorting by Sensitivity alone can rank a skill high even when it's nearly complete, so it shows how fast the needle moves, not how much room is left. Each area also shows its single highest-impact skill inside it, as a starting point.
